Unscheduled Interior Building Maintenance

The system design allows for workers to safely perform work for the interior face areas of building on an on-call basis.

1. Bosun’s chair and/or Suspended platform for maintenance work, e.g Lighting repair/replacement.
2. Ladder – if significant time will be spent on the ladder or the use of both hands is required, then anchor points, HLL/VLL or monorail track would be a required Fall Protection System
