Roof Top Maintenance Test

The Fall Protection System needs to be designed to allow workers, by tying off to an anchorage system, to safely perform work at an unguarded building edge.

RTM may consist of two types of services: Scheduled Roof Top Maintenance and Unscheduled Roof Top Maintenance.

Unscheduled Roof Top Maintenance

• Remedial work to parapets and flashings
• Remedial work for skylights and roof openings
• Re-roofing of buildings

Scheduled Roof Top Maintenance:

• Cleaning of gutters, scuppers and roof drains
• Maintenance work for roof top HVAC units, air handling units
• Maintenance work for for security cameras, lighting and lightning devices
• Snow removal
