Atlas was proud to celebrate 25 years of providing Fall Protection systems at a dinner event held at the Terminal City Club, Vancouver on 16th February 2018. As part of the event Atlas premiered a short video to commemorate this achievement.

Atlas Anchor Systems is pleased to announce that we have met the OQM certification criteria and have been certified by APEGBC.

• The product or service provider has a quality management system endorsed by Engineers and Geoscientists BC.
• OQM certification can be used as selection criteria when procuring engineering and geoscience products and services
• Know that the product or service provider has policies and procedures to ensure:
• Applicable Professional Practice Guidelines are being followed,
• Documented file management procedures are being used to meet regulatory requirements,
• Documented checking of all engineering or geoscience work and where required independent reviews are taking place,
• All documents containing engineering or geoscience will be appropriately authenticated by the application of the professional’s seal,
• All delegated engineering or geoscience work will be directly supervised by a professional from Engineers and Geoscientists BC, and
  Appropriate field reviews will be conducted during construction or implementation.

The 2016 CSA Technical Committee Meeting / AGM Week was held between 20th and 24th June in Westin Bayshore Hotel Vancouver. As a member of Z259 Technical Committee, Atlas Anchor Systems (BC) Ltd. participated in committee meeting and premiere annual event. The committee continually reviewed the latest updates of Z259 series for Fall Protection industry and laid out a solid foundation for future standard development.
