Hole sleeves provide safe access to façades located under overhangs, eyebrows and cornices.
The rigging sleeve allows for both primary suspension line and lifeline to pass through a hole drilled or cored through the slab / metal deck, of either flush deck or roof. They are able to suspend workers on a platform or Bosuns chair (powered or manual).
Where the cored hole is on the deck, it has a fixed bar in the hole sleeve for the suspension line, and the safety line is tied to an independent anchor.
When the core hole is on the roof, the smooth surface finish of the e-Bar rules out the possibility of ropes being cut or damaged under load; Dual e-Bars design allows for independent suspension line and safety line on each hole sleeve (roof hole sleeves only); and it reduces installation labour costs; Hole sleeve heights are adjustable to fit the structural build-up/roofing requirement.
